🎯 Job Overview:

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a strong background in engineering and proven success in project management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality results, and ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specification.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers

  • Manage project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

  • Ensure timely communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

  • Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and safety requirements


🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or HND in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field with active project management responsibilities

  • Relevant Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
